How many weddings do you book per day?
One. We pride ourselves on being available solely to our couples on their wedding day to ensure we have the time required to get everything done and some wriggle room, should something go wrong (such as wet weather).
How many Full-Service weddings do you book per year?
Twelve. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to our clients, we cap our full-service weddings at 12 per year. In addition to these, we take a limited number of Custom Wedding Design & Simple Styling services per year.
Who will we be working with on your team to plan our wedding?
Hannah T oversees all of our planning and design clients personally. In addition, you will meet Larisa P, our associate planner who assists Hannah with the planning and design arrangements for our weddings.
Do you offer a Hire service of products only?
Yes, we do offer items for hire. What you see in our inventory is only a small snippet of what we have available as we are constantly adding to our inventory. Please inquire about quantities and availability. If you are looking for an item that you do not see, please let us know, as we may have it in stock or be able to source it for you. Set-up and Delivery fees apply to all hires. A minimum spend of $500 applies.

Can you provide a quote over email for Wedding Planning services?
We are unable to provide quotes without having an initial consultation. Wedding planning is a time and labour intensive job, so we need to speak with you in detail to gather all of the information we need prior to building a proposal and quote. Each of our proposals and quotes are customised based on our consultation and the requirements of your job.
How do you determine pricing for your services? What will it cost to hire HT Events?
Each of our proposals and quotes are customised based on the requirements of your job. Factors for pricing may include:
- Size of the Wedding (headcount)
- The location/s of the wedding
- Time required to plan the wedding
- Complexity of the logistics and design elements
- The date of the wedding
- The amount of staff required to deliver your event
- Your desired overall Wedding Budget (please note our fee will become a line item within your budget).
What is the average budget of a Wedding you plan?
Each of our weddings are unique. As a guide, we recommend couples who would like to work with us on Full-Service Wedding Planning, have a starting budget of $55k for a Wedding of 80 -100 guests.
Please note, that each of our weddings are unique and therefore so are their budgets. There is no possible way for us to know how much your wedding may cost until we sit down together and go over everything on your wish list in detail. The figure above is to provide you with a guide as a starting point.
I am interested in your Simple Styling service - is it a cheaper option?
Yes, our Simple Styling service has been designed to assist couples who want a beautifully styled wedding at a lower price point. Please email us to inquire about the inclusions of this service.
I already have a quote, will you price match a competitor?
We believe in equal and fair value exchange in our industry. What one Wedding Planner quotes you is based on their understanding of the job presented to them. We are more than happy to book an initial consultation and provide our own proposal and quote, but we are unable to review and price match a competitors proposal. We feel this is the fairest and most ethical way for us to operate within our industry.
Do you offer On the Day Management/Coordination?
We only offer On the Day Management to those who have booked a Design & Style Service with us. We believe the best outcome is gained from working as closely together as possible, so that we can ensure the result on your wedding day is nothing short of spectacular. In order for us to do our jobs to the best of our ability, we need to know every detail of your wedding plans. On the Day Management is also included in our Full Service Wedding Planning service.
Do you adhere to a preferred vendors list?
We have many vendors in our directory who we can offer as suggestions for your wedding. We have spent time getting to know people, their products and their offerings in the industry so that you don't have to do the grunt work and source multiple quotes yourself. When we recommend vendors it is because we know that their product and service is of a high regard. If we do not have the right vendor for you in our directory, we will continue searching until we find the perfect fit!
